About Cassie Renz, LMFT
This is where I’m supposed to tell you about my credentials, my education, the trainings I’ve attended, and all the formal stuff that proves I’m a therapist. And don’t worry—I’ll get to that. But first, I want to talk about you.
Because this work? It’s really about you—your healing, your growth, and your commitment to change.
I work best with clients who are ready to break free from toxic relationship patterns, heal from emotional or narcissistic abuse, and untangle the deep-rooted habits of codependency and people-pleasing. If you’ve felt invisible in your relationships or find yourself constantly over-giving, you’re in the right place.
You don’t have to have it all figured out. But showing up matters. You’ll be most successful in therapy with me if you’re ready to come to each session with openness, honesty, and a willingness to face the things that are keeping you stuck. I won’t sugarcoat the process—it takes courage and work. But I’ll be here to support you, every step of the way.
Our work together will explore how your past influences your present—how early emotional wounds may still shape your thoughts, reactions, and relationships today. Whether you’re recovering from narcissistic abuse or trying to reclaim your self-worth after years of putting others first, therapy can help you shift long-standing beliefs, change unhelpful thought patterns, and build healthier, more fulfilling connections.
If you’re reading this, chances are you’re looking for something to change. You want to feel more grounded, more confident, more at peace in your life and relationships. But change doesn’t happen by doing the same things that have left you feeling stuck.
Therapy with me is about doing things differently—learning to trust yourself, set boundaries, and show up in your life in a way that finally feels true to you.

More About Me
Outside of the therapy room, I’m a grama to two beautiful little girls, a proud horse mom, and a dog mom with pawprints on my heart. I’m also an abstract artist, a lover of coloring books, and an avid reader of horror and thrillers.
