Frequently Asked Questions
-
If you regularly feel anxious, exhausted, or smaller after interacting with your partner, that matters. An emotionally draining relationship doesn’t always involve yelling or obvious conflict. Sometimes it looks like walking on eggshells, managing someone else’s moods, or feeling responsible for keeping the peace. If your relationship leaves you depleted more often than supported, therapy can help you gain clarity.
-
This work focuses on understanding the patterns that leave you feeling overwhelmed or disconnected from yourself. Together, we explore what’s happening beneath the surface, strengthen your emotional boundaries, and help you reconnect with your own needs and instincts.
-
Narcissistic abuse recovery therapy supports individuals who have experienced manipulation, gaslighting, emotional invalidation, or chronic criticism in a relationship. Over time, these dynamics can erode your self-trust and confidence. In therapy, we focus on rebuilding that trust, processing the emotional impact, and helping you feel grounded and clear again.
-
Codependency often involves chronic people-pleasing, difficulty saying no, and putting others’ needs ahead of your own, even when it costs you emotionally. Therapy helps you understand where these patterns began, gently challenge the beliefs behind them, and learn how to set boundaries without overwhelming guilt or fear.
-

-
Yes. You don’t have to make big decisions before starting therapy. Whether you’re still in the relationship, considering change, or healing after leaving, we focus on strengthening your clarity, confidence, and emotional safety.
-
Healing isn’t linear, and it looks different for everyone. Some people begin noticing shifts in awareness and boundaries within a few months. Deeper trauma recovery may take longer. We move at a pace that feels steady and sustainable for you.
